Well Guardian is well worth the money. Our well pump failed late one evening. We called Gary at WG at once. He jumped into action and had a team out early the next morning. We got a new well pump and had water running before by 10:30 am. And best of all, no additional costs to us! Great company and a good investment on our part.

AMAZING service! We needed a repair and, even though it was not an emergency (we still had water), the Well Guardian team acted as though it was. I received texts from the CEO and and a manager on the weekend to follow up and schedule the work. The crew that showed up were professional, fast and cleaned up everything when they left. I could not be happier! Also saved me the nearly $2K I would have had to pay without their coverage.

I had such a great and welcoming experience with Well Guardian. I had no water in my home and within an hours there was a service team out to my house(on a Saturday morning), and within 3 hours my well pump was fixed and I was back with running water. I highly recommend Well Guardian!

I've had WelGard warranty for almost two years. I Woke up Friday morning 8/12/2022 and realized I didn't have running water. I called WelGard and spoke to Mr. Baker about 7:30am. At 12:30pm Mr. Baker had a well service company at my residence replacing a my well pump, at 3pm I had running water. Thank You WELGARD!

At first welguardian had a hard time getting a service provider out , but we got though it , they provide great customer service , they explained the troubles they had with getting someone out and kept good communication with me , they called me after and made sure I was back with well working properly

I reached out to my WelGard rep with a question/ potential emergency situation and WelGard responded immediately! After determining that my issue was covered with my policy WelGard got my repair scheduled immediately. Thankfully the repair was scheduled for the following day. The company that WelGard had come out to my home were fantastic! From reaching out to schedule to the actual repair Everyone was polite and professional! The service tech who came to my home was great he called me with and estimated arrival time and wasted no time getting to work. He was professional and took the time to ask any of the questions that I had. The repair was done correctly and he left no mess. I would highly recommend WelGard to anyone who has a well. This company is awesome. We lost water after a thunderstorm on a Sunday. I called the emergency number and left a voicemail. I received a call back within 15 minutes and had a technician at my house within 3 hours. The techs quickly figured out the problem, and had the pump replaced within 40 minutes. Gary Baker called and verified everyrhing was working and that the technicians completed the job. $0 money out of pocket. My expectation were exceeded.

Our well pump decide to die on us on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. We had a new pump and flowing water within 6 hours. The service was outstanding and thorough. Highly recommend!!
